It is often said that ‘It should be said’; but should it?

If it is that it has to be said that ‘It should be said’, then it stands to reason that it shouldn’t for those who say that ‘It should be said’, say that ‘It should be said’ to legitimize what they wanted to have said, regardless of whether ‘It should be said’.

If it so that it should be said, then it should be said without the need that ‘It should be said’ for it is not necessary to say that ‘It should be said’ given that what is to be said is itself worthy enough that it should be said.
